Trainer Advocate

Training ProfessionalThe objective of this role is to strengthen the public education system and foster holistic development in children.This will be achieved through collaboration with government entities for the implementation of a flagship programme across all government schools in Maharashtra.Create training content, modules, case studies, and capacity building programmes tailored to specific needs.Conduct online/offline training sessions for teachers and other school stakeholders.Maintain accurate records of capacity building, handholding visits, and documentations.Essential skills include effective communication, facilitation, presentation/delivery, interpersonal, and strong documentation abilities.A Master Trainer requires a high degree of expertise in their field, including excellent knowledge of Marathi and Hindi languages.
