Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Procurement and Inventory modules, as well as working knowledge of related SCM modules.The successful candidate will lead or participate in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including primarily Procurement and Inventory and working knowledge of related SCM modules. Key responsibilities include assisting in solution design, business process mapping, and gap analysis, configuring Oracle Fusion Procurement, Inventory, and related SCM modules to meet client needs, interacting with business users and stakeholders to gather functional requirements, translating business requirements into system configurations and functional specifications, developing test scripts and executing unit, integration, and UAT testing, working with technical teams to support data migration, integration, and reports development, ensuring smooth cutover and post-go-live support, preparing functional design documents, user manuals, and configuration documentation, conducting end-user training and providing ongoing support to ensure system adoption, identifying opportunities to enhance processes using Oracle Fusion capabilities, and staying updated with Oracle's quarterly updates and advising on new features.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.5–7 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant.2–3 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion SCM (must-have).Hands-on configuration experience in Procurement and Inventory modules.Familiarity with integration points between SCM and Finance modules.Strong understanding of business processes in Supply Chain & Procurement.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.BenefitsThis role offers the opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, analyze requirements, configure solutions, and support Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
