Construction Accounting Financial Manager

Job Summary:The Construction Accounting Manager will oversee the financial accounting functions within a company, ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining fiscal discipline. This role requires experience in construction accounting, knowledge of the % completion method, and proficiency with real estate accounting systems.Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Evaluate and execute timely disbursements for construction activities through the draw process.Coordinated audit and tax compliance processes, ensuring all necessary information is complete and available.Maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and provide critical data for management decisions.
