Senior Data Scientist Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Deep Learning. The role involves building, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models to solve complex business problems, enhance automation, and develop scalable GenAI applications.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing, fine-tuning, and deploying Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers) for solving complex business problems.He/she will design and implement RAG pipelines using vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval frameworks for efficient data retrieval.Additionally, the successful applicant will build, train, and optimize deep learning models for NLP, computer vision, and multimodal tasks such as image classification, object detection, and sentiment analysis.They will create scalable end-to-end ML pipelines for production environments and ensure seamless model deployment.Our team member will conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and experimentation to identify key drivers of business outcomes.They will evaluate model performance with appropriate metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and optimize for latency and efficiency.This role requires collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate AI solutions into applications and drive business growth.Staying up-to-date with emerging GenAI and DL techniques is essential to enhance existing systems and explore new opportunities.Finally, the selected candidate will document architecture, workflows, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
