They should be an independent self-starter who excels in problem-solving beyond conventional user feedback. Technologies : ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs, Git, Webpack, NodeJS, Redux, TypeScript Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using ReactJS. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver a seamless user experience. Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team. Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall growth of the frontend team. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge. Strategic Vision Contribute to the frontend technological vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in frontend development, particularly with ReactJS. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Proven track record of developing and maintaining high-quality web applications. Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frontend technologies. Experience with RESTful APIs, Git, Webpack, NodeJS, Redux, and TypeScript. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Excellent understanding of user experience, design principles, and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Passion for building innovative products and making a positive impact on the user experience.
