This requires experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, like Jira, to plan out Program Increments and Sprints.Develop end-to-end data solutions on Azure using Databricks/Snowflake, perform code reviews and provide feedback to developers. Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code is also required for designing and developing scalable data pipelines on Azure and Databricks from enterprise source systems.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, experience in the Insurance domain, including insurance KPIs and regulatory reporting, and a strong understanding of Guidewire (PC/BC/CC) data structures.Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and Databricks / Snowflake is necessary, as well as hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure Blob Storage.
