Integrations SpecialistThe client is based in California, and the ideal candidate will primarily work in IST timings but with 2-3 hours overlap in the evening to coordinate with the US team.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy scalable integrations and automation solutions using Workato.Implement and manage Workato recipes, connectors, and APIs to integrate various SaaS-based applications.Create custom Workato connectors as needed to support integration requirements.Work closely with Salesforce, Workday, Slack, Google Workspace, NetSuite, and other SaaS-based applications to streamline data workflows.Perform data transformations, validations, and enrichments within Workato recipes.Ensure robust integrations by managing error handling, retry mechanisms, and logging.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage deployment lifecycles and version control.Adhere to best practices for testing, release management, and documentation of integrations.Maintain compliance with security and governance policies in integration development.Required Qualifications & Skills:A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Workato.Strong expertise in API integrations, webhooks, and automation workflows.Hands-on experience integrating with SaaS-based applications like Salesforce, Workday, Slack, Google Workspace, NetSuite.Proficiency in data transformation, JSON/XML processing, and scripting (JavaScript, Python, SQL, or Ruby).Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing integrations for performance.Knowledge of authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, SAML, etc.) and security best practices.Understanding of IT governance, change management, and DevOps principles in integration workflows.Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and independence to work effectively.About the Opportunity:This role offers a challenging environment where you can leverage your expertise in Workato to deliver high-quality integrations and automation solutions.You will have opportunities to work on diverse projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, are passionate about innovation, and strive for excellence in their work.
