We deliver end-to-end solutions that result in revolutionary work.  .Net Developers required to join our Engineering team. The opportunity:This program of work is central to VML' continued success, helping augment their world class AI with a back-office workflow platform. The value add is to enable agencies to manage their work end to end within our innovate platform.This is a greenfield program of work to replace their existing workflow system with bespoke .Net development using a microservice architecture in Azure and Kubernetes.What you'll be doing:Insert a sentence or two with a broad comment speaking to the value this person will bring and/or the functions they will ultimately support in the following bulleted ways below.This role will report into the Team Engineering Lead.Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languagesWrite unit tests and drive code from those testsRemain up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for codingContribute to architecture and software design with other team membersContribute to cloud design in AzureCreate proof of concepts to prove assumptionsDevelop client displays and user interfacesAssist software personnel in handling project related work and other requirementsCoordinate with other software professionals and developersWhat we want from you:Familiarity with design patterns and pattern of enterprise application architectureExpert knowledge of SOLID principles5+ years of development experience using C#Proven track record of software design from Test Driven DevelopmentKnowledge of at least one other OO language (e.g. C++, Java) and HTML5/CSS3Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, gRPC)Understanding of Agile methodologiesStrong attention to detailExcellent troubleshooting and communication skillsAble to work well in a team settingWhat we can offer you:Alongside the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting brands around the world, we'll also prioritise your career development and help you grow your skills.
