Transformative Regional Sales Executive

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Used Car Auto Loan business across the South region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto loan sales, used car finance, and dealer funding.The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing regional team, driving dealer engagement, and enabling auto loan penetration for buyers purchasing through Spinny's dealer auction ecosystem.Business Growth & Sales Leadership:Own the P&L, sales targets, and loan disbursement volumes for the South region.Drive dealer-level loan penetration for buyers purchasing via Spinny's dealer auction channel.Expand the region through deep market coverage across key South India cities including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai etc.Dealer & Channel Management:Manage relationships with used car dealers, especially those purchasing through Spinny Auctions.Ensure constant engagement to improve loan adoption, reduce TAT, and offer seamless loan experiences for dealer customers.Identify and onboard new high-potential dealers to expand the credit portfolio.Team Building & Leadership:Build, mentor, and lead a regional sales team of 10–12 people over time.Drive team productivity through training, goal-setting, performance monitoring, and motivation.Foster a strong performance-driven culture across field teams.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Collections, and Operations teams to ensure quality portfolio and smooth loan processing.Work closely with Spinny's dealer business vertical to understand market movements and ensure aligned growth strategies.Market Intelligence & Compliance:Track competitive landscape and emerging trends in used car financing.Ensure team adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and compliance standards.Present periodic reports, forecasts, and insights to leadership.
