This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:Guest InteractionProcess refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in accordance with company policies.Handle guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy, professionalism, and active listening.Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.Process OptimizationIdentify opportunities to improve reservation processes and guest experience.Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.Additional TasksPerform additional related duties as required.Required Skills & Qualifications:Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.A clear voice, fluency, and confidence while interacting with US customers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Key Competencies:CommunicationStrong oral and written communication abilities.Problem-SolvingAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, BPO, hotels, or vacation rentals serving US clients (strongly preferred).Prior experience in reservations or sales is an added advantage.
