Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Developer to join our team. As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering user interface components for products in accordance with industry standards and best practices.You will work closely together with business and technical specialists to ensure high-quality website responsiveness. Your primary goal will be to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet the needs of our users.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver UI elements for products in accordance with industry standards and best practices.Work closely together with business and technical specialists to ensure high-quality website responsiveness.Participate in design and configuration sessions and apply feedback to improve and enhance work products ensuring high quality of website responsiveness.Work-alongside automation/RPA and .Net / Web developers to enable the integration of the UI to the .NET / Web applications with client / in-house products.Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical Skills:Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite programs, e.g., Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Flash & Flex to mockup UI elements.Must have experience building responsive web/App design to create applications that automatically conform to multiple screen sizes/devices.Must have conducted usability testing to identify and fix UI issues, and gather real-world intelligence from target users.Must have used visual aids such as wireframes, storyboards, and UI flow charts, to plan and present user interface designs.Has at least 6 years of experience as a .NET Developer or Application DeveloperHas at least 3 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applicationsShould have mastered hand-on design and development using C#.NETMust have proficiency with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patternsMust have experience using jQuery, Client Object Model, and Service-Oriented Architecture and web development frameworks (AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery)Has strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, MVC, Design patterns and SOLID principles and a good understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable applicationShould have a basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workaroundsSoft Skills:Able to work effectively in a team environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlinesAble to think creatively and outside the boxBenefits:A competitive salary and benefits packageThe opportunity to work on challenging and exciting projectsA collaborative and dynamic work environmentThe chance to grow and develop your skills and careerHow to Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter to usWe will review your application and contact you if we would like to discuss your qualifications furtherIf selected, you will participate in an interview with our hiring managerIf successful, you will be offered the position and will begin working with us
