Lead Frontend DeveloperWe are looking for a highly skilled frontend developer to join our team. As a founding member of the engineering department, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our innovative AI-driven platform.You will be responsible for developing, optimizing and maintaining responsive user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality code and best practices. Proficiency in core frontend development tools: React.js, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Experience with UI/UX design principles, responsive design and creating intuitive user interfaces. Knowledge of modern frontend development practices, including state management frameworks and component-based architecture. Proficiency in using version control systems such as Git, with an understanding of collaborative agile workflows. Solid understanding of performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility concerns. Effective communication skills to collaborate with backend developers, designers and stakeholders. Experience working on highly scalable web platforms or startup environments is a plus. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality code. Optimize and improve performance, accessibility and usability. Implement best practices and modern frontend development techniques.
