The ideal candidate will possess expertise in configuration, modeling, and deployment across Macro Planner, Scheduler, Logistics, and Workforce modules in an Agile/Scrum environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and Optimize SolutionsTranslate business needs into Quintiq models, rules, and planning logic.Lead SDLC activities: design, code reviews, deployments, and QA.Troubleshoot complex Quintiq configurations and performance issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.Mentor junior consultants and promote best practices.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong expertise in DELMIA Quintiq platform and planning modules.Proficiency in Quill scripting, object-oriented programming (C++, Java, JavaScript).Solid understanding of optimization algorithms and constraint-based planning.Experience with Macro Planner, Scheduler, Logistics.Agile/Scrum delivery experience; excellent communication and leadership.BE/BTech in IT/Computer Science or related discipline.5–12 years in software development/supply chain planning with DELMIA Quintiq.Nice-to-Have ExpertiseIPC/QS certifications.Exposure to 3DEXPERIENCE and enterprise integrations.Middleware and API integration experience.
