Our organization seeks a skilled Generative AI Specialist.Job Description:We are looking for a talented individual to play a key role in the development and implementation of cutting-edge generative artificial intelligence models and systems. The successful candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that generate high-quality clinically relevant texts.Key Responsibilities:Develop new Large Language Models (LLMs) for medical imaging.Design and implement methods to improve training efficiency and extend or improve LLM capabilities, reliability, and safety in the realm of image-to-text generation using medical data.Perform data preprocessing, indexing, and feature engineering specific to healthcare image and text data.Stay up-to-date with the latest research literature and think beyond the current state-of-the-art to address user needs.Required Skills and Qualifications:3+ years of full-time industry experience.Hands-on experience in contemporary AI, including training generative AI models, improving pre-trained models, and evaluating these models.Specialized expertise in model fine-tuning, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), Retrieval-Augmented Generator (RAG), and Large Language Model tool use.Experience with LLM prompt engineering and familiarity with LLM-based workflows/architectures.Proficiency in Python, PySpark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Transformer, and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Vertex AI.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science or Data Science.Benefits:A market-competitive salary is offered to the selected candidate.How to Apply:Send your CV to hr@telerapps.com for immediate consideration.
