Senior Finance LeadWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Lead to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, taxation (GST/TDS) and compliance independently.The role requires strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Compliance and proficiency in SAP/ERP & MS Office. A Graduate with CA qualification is mandatory. Manage Accounts, Taxation (GST/TDS) & Compliance independently.Handle tax planning, filings, and statutory reviews.Oversee AR/AP and internal controls.Prepare MIS & statutory reports for management.Coordinate with auditors, consultants & internal teams.Lead and manage a small finance team.Requirements:CA + Graduate.3–5 years experience in a manufacturing company (mandatory).Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Compliance.Proficiency in SAP/ERP & MS Office.Good analytical, communication & team-handling skills.
