At our organization, we are seeking an experienced project coordinator to work closely with our founder and manage daily workflows across multiple client projects.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing, SEO, GMB optimization, or project coordination, particularly with US/Canada-based clients.The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating tasks, handling client communication, managing timelines, and ensuring the smooth execution of all GMB & SEO deliverables.Key Responsibilities:Client Communication & CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact for GMB & SEO clientsConduct regular check-ins, understand client needs, and communicate updatesMaintain professionalism and ensure clear, timely communicationDocument requirements and align internal teams accordinglyProject Coordination & Workflow ManagementManage daily GMB & SEO workflows and internal tasksAssign tasks to team members and ensure deadlines are metFollow up actively to maintain smooth executionTrack deliverables through project trackers, sheets, and documentationMaintain SOPs, client notes, and performance reportsGMB & SEO Support TasksCoordinate updates on Google Business ProfilesAssist with keyword research, on-page tasks, and content inputsManage GMB posting schedules and review responsesReview deliverables for accuracy before sharing with clientsEnsure the work follows Google's guidelines and best practicesFounder's Office ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Founder on operational and strategic prioritiesProvide daily updates, insights, and task reportsMaintain confidentiality and handle information responsiblyTake ownership and provide solutions wherever required
