SAP Training Lead – MDG/MDM

Here at RED, we are looking for an SAP Training Lead to join an SAP Implementation for our end client.

The candidate should have strong expertise in MDG/MDM within Direct Procurement to build and deliver a world-class training framework from the ground up. This role will be key in driving user adoption, process efficiency, and standardization across our global delivery hubs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive SAP training framework (currently no key user network or legacy support exists).
  • Create training materials tailored for SAP MDG/MDM in Direct Procurement.
  • Establish and upscale a Key User network to ensure sustainability and knowledge transfer.
  • Lead key user workshops and end-user training sessions.
  • Simplify and standardize complex processes, ensuring efficiency and ease of use in SAP.
  • Partner with delivery teams to provide ongoing guidance and support for adoption of best practices.
  • Act as a change enabler, ensuring business teams understand and effectively use SAP functionalities.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years' experience as an SAP Training Lead, SAP Enablement Lead, or SAP Change & Training Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of SAP MDG/MDM in Direct Procurement.
  • Proven track record in creating training materials, running workshops, and training key users.
  • Experience in simplifying business processes and improving efficiency within SAP.
  • Ability to build training capability from scratch (greenfield or transformation environments).
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
