As a Web & Digital Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing a variety of digital services, ranging from website design to social media management and marketing automation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Course Design: Assist in designing and developing engaging, custom online learning courses for clients.

  • Google Ads: Assist in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and leads.
  • Website Design & Development: Create and maintain visually appealing and functional websites that align with clients’ brand goals.
  • Telesummit & Podcast Management: Coordinate and manage telesummits and podcasts to ensure seamless execution and maximum reach.
  • SEO: Perform on-page and off-page SEO to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Email Marketing: Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.


Key Requirements:

  • Technical Aptitude: Interest or experience in web design, funnel building, and digital tools.
  • Graphic Design Skills: Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma for creating digital content.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Social Media Management: Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and basic marketing principles.
  • Marketing & Automation: Understanding of email marketing and automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit).
  • SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
