We are seeking an organized and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. The role involves coordinating project activities, tracking progress, managing documentation, and ensuring communication across stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of IT processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring IT projects.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Serve as a liaison between IT teams, business units, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Ensure all stakeholders are updated on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Support allocation of project resources and track task assignments.
- Monitor budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts where required.
- Assist with onboarding and coordinating external consultants or contractors.
- Track and escalate project risks, issues, and change requests.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and best practices.
- Support testing, quality assurance, and deployment activities.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for project management efficiency.
- Contribute to knowledge management by maintaining project templates and lessons learned.
