We are Hiring: Special Educator (F)Interview Mode: Face-to-FaceJob Location: Gurgaon (Sushant Lok Phase I)Experience: 3-4 YearsIndustry: Child Development Centre Salary: up to INR 35,000/-Qualification: M.Ed / B.Ed in Special Education (RCI Certification)Job Type & Timings: Full-time; (9 AM - 6 PM from Monday to Friday, 9 AM- 3 PM on Saturday).Position OverviewThe Special Education Teacher is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised instructional programs for children with diverse learning needs, including Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Developmental Delays, Intellectual Disabilities, Speech/Language Delays, and sensory integration needs. The role involves delivering evidence-based instruction, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that each child receives structured, engaging, and developmentally appropriate support.Key Responsibilities;1. Instruction & Curriculum Adaptation Design and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) based on assessments, goals, and student profiles. Adapt teaching materials and strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles, sensory needs, and cognitive profiles. Deliver structured sessions in literacy, numeracy, communication, social skills, and daily living skills. Integrate multi-sensory teaching methods (visual, auditory, kinesthetic, tactile).
