Job Title: ServiceNow AdministratorWe are seeking a seasoned IT professional to assume responsibility for the day-to-day administration of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of experience in configuring and managing multiple ServiceNow modules, with a strong focus on ITSM.Key Responsibilities:Maintain CMDB data accuracy and CI relationship integrity.Manage domain-specific configurations, visibility rules, update sets, and troubleshoot domain conflicts.Perform daily administration tasks, including building forms, creating reports and dashboards, and ensuring technical configuration is up-to-date.Manage user accounts, roles, and access control lists (ACLs) to ensure appropriate access levels and platform security.Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance and error identification/remediation, and manage the planning and execution of platform upgrades and patches.Provide primary support for end-users and support teams, investigating, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to the platform.Implement minor enhancements, such as creating or modifying service catalog items and automated process flows/workflows.Create and maintain technical and user documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures, and assist with training end-users and other staff.Requirements:Strong proficiency in configuring ServiceNow modules (ITSM required; ITOM, HRSD, SecOps a plus).Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Domain Separation knowledge.Solid understanding of IT operations concepts, relational databases, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Benefits:Dedicated Learning & Development Budget.Cutting-Edge Projects.Employee-Friendly Leave Policy.About Us:We're a purpose-driven organization that invests in employee growth and development.
