ITC Infotech is hiring for the below mentioned position.


Position - Peoplesoft HCM - Functional Consultant


Experience - 15+ years (relevant - 10 years in HCM)


Skills - HCM SME tools, must have worked in 3 to 4 end to endimplementation projects,


Location - Bangalore (Work from office)


Notice period - Immediate joiners


Qualification: MBA HR or Engineering(equivalent) with adequate expertise as SME in HCM space

Worked as HR professional in Core functions for 3-5 years will be added advantage


Key Responsibilities:

  • Must have Hands-on working experience as HCM SME in at least 4 implementations end to end
  • Worked in Transformation initiatives such as HCM Process or Tool or both will be added advantage
  • Working experience on evaluating the HCM tools, demonstrate the fit/gaps to identify the best fit is required
  • Should have Expertise in one of more HCM Tools such as Peoplesoft, Fusion, Workday or SuccessFactors
  • Should be able to translate User requirements into the form of Requirement specifications with adequate validation and checks
