**Job Description:**
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Candidates to join our US voice process team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and converted sales.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle B2C inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and convert them to sales effectively.
- Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of the company’s products and services to answer questions and meet customer needs.
- Document and update customer records accurately in the company’s database.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments as necessary.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
- Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions to improve daily sales performance.
**Qualifications:**
- Graduation in any stream.
- Previous experience in a US call center or customer service/sales role is must.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent for clear understanding by US-based customers.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate US time zone (EST).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
