Responsibilities:
Website Management
Lead and execute bi-annual website revamps in terms of crafting new concepts, content,
design, etc. and collaborate closely with the technical to ensure successful delivery.
Research and apply SEO best practices to ensure content visibility and search engine ranking.
Implement website analytics and continuously monitor and track website traffic to derive
useful insights for better decision making.
Content Management
Facilitate in-depth research on latest industry trends, emerging technologies, especially around Generative AI and draft engaging content for Blogs, Social Media, and so on.
Ability to understand complex technical solutions and transform it into simple, yet comprehensive business cases and case studies.
Assist in developing content strategy that aligns with company goals, targeting key audiences through various offline and online channels.
Editing & Proofreading: Ensure all content is polished, on-brand, and free of errors through careful editing and proofreading.
Social Media Management
Lead idealization and brainstorming for continuous visibility and engagement for smartSense's social media and ensure seamless execution.
Actively participate and take initiatives in strategy meetings for various marketing projects.
Participate in performance marketing, social media analytics, creatives design, and so on.
Keep up-to-date social media accounts at all times.
Ensure regular management of company's social media community and provide required support on daily basis.
Event Management
Collaborate with the organizing team for internal company events such as Workshops, Meet- ups, Fun Fridays, Festivals, Ideathons, etc.,
Strategies marketing plan for these events and ensure successful execution.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
Mandatory Skills:
Research Skills: Proficiency in conducting thorough research to identify trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
Content Writing: Strong ability to craft compelling, clear, and audience-focused content across various platforms.
Design Basics: A good understanding of design principles to collaborate on visually appealing marketing materials.
Creativity and Innovation: A flair for thinking outside the box and coming up with fresh ideas for campaigns and strategies.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Advanced Excel: Strong knowledge of advanced functions for in-depth data analysis and visualization.
Fluent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
Public Speaking: Confidence in presenting ideas, strategies, or campaign results effectively.
SEO Knowledge: Understanding of search engine optimization to enhance website visibility and rankings.
Spreadsheets: Proficiency in Excel for data management, reporting, and campaign performance tracking.
Compensation: INR 15,000/Month
Duration: 3-6 Months (Possibilities of full-time opportunity after 6 months)
Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar (Offline)
Time: 9:30 AM to 6:30 AM (5 days working)
