About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned developer to create, validate and review program code per specifications.The ideal candidate will develop automated unit and API tests to ensure high-quality software delivery.They will also be responsible for supporting bug fixes and implementing enhancements to applications in Production.A key aspect of this role is creating, designing and reviewing software documentation to maintain accurate records.The successful candidate will utilize, communicate and enforce coding standards across the team.They will provide technical support to applications in Production within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).The role requires adherence to development processes and workflows to ensure seamless collaboration.The chosen candidate will assist and mentor junior team members, demonstrating technical excellence.Additionally, they will detect problems and areas that need improvement early and raise issues promptly.Candidate Requirements:Fluent English language skills with a strong command of vocabulary and grammar.A minimum of 5 years of commercial, hands-on experience in software development using C#/.NET and C++ programming languages.Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core Blazor framework is highly desirable.Experience with Entity Framework Core is required for efficient database management.Familiarity with desktop application development, particularly Winforms, is essential.Proficiency in working with background jobs and workers, such as Hangfire, is necessary.Angular experience is a plus but not mandatory.The ability to create dataflow/sequence/C4 diagrams is highly valued.A good understanding of architectural/design patterns, such as MVC/MVP/MVVM/Clean/Screaming/Hexagonal architectures, is required..NET memory model and performance optimization solutions are crucial for efficient system performance.Writing functional and structure tests is essential for ensuring software quality.A thorough understanding of modularity and vertical slices is necessary for effective system design.Data privacy and securing desktop applications are critical considerations for this role.The ability to design functionalities based on requirements is essential.Our Culture:Humble - We believe in teamwork and acknowledge individual strengths and weaknesses.Hungry - We strive for continuous growth and expansion of our impact.Smart - We leverage emotional intelligence in our interactions with colleagues and clients.Becoming part of our team means being part of a collaborative environment where innovation meets expertise.
