About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and innovative MBA Intern to join our team for a 3-month, paid, work-from-office internship. In this role, you will collaborate with our team to design and refine the rewards vertical at zavo, focusing on strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. This is an exciting opportunity for an MBA candidate passionate about creating impactful customer-first solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and shaping zavo’s rewards program to incentivize timely repayments and improve customer retention.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends in rewards and loyalty programs across fintech and other industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement creative and scalable reward strategies.
  • Analyze customer data to identify patterns and tailor reward mechanisms for maximum impact.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal discussions and stakeholder alignment.
