Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to lead the development of compliant, compelling technical proposal content that clearly and concisely executes on the strategic response plan with an emphasis on customer insight through research.The ideal candidate would have prior experience with Technical or Proposal writing, and a technical/IT background or understanding is highly desired.Responsible for developing compliant proposal content that clearly and concisely executes on the strategic response plan with an emphasis on customer insight through researchWill perform duties in collaboration with the Capture Lead, Proposal Manager, Account Team, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Solution Architects (SAs), and other authorsKey ResponsibilitiesFacilitates meetings with SMEs/SAs to capture solution information for development of compliant proposal sections and takes ownership of crafting the Technical ApproachConducts interviews with SMEs/SAs to translate technical solution ideas into easily understood terms in the written responseManages content development to meet color review expectations and executes quality control functions for compliance with RFx and proposal design standardsThis role requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:Strong analytical, communication, and project management skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlinesPrior experience with Technical or Proposal writingTechnical/IT background or understandingBenefitsThis role offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
