We are seeking an expert with extensive knowledge of telecommunications networks to support our Pre-Sales and Delivery teams in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex solutions for customers.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with Sales and Solution Architects to design and implement IP/MPLS and Transport solutions that meet the specific needs of our telecom customers.Develop detailed technical inputs, solution designs, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for proposals and projects.Participate actively in customer calls to explain architectures, provide technical guidance, and answer queries related to network requirements.Support the preparation of accurate RFP/RFI responses with comprehensive design details and network requirements.Provide critical technical expertise to deployment teams during implementation and migration phases, ensuring seamless execution.Review High-Level Designs (HLDs)/Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and ensure that solutions align with telco standards, network policies, and customer expectations.Assist with troubleshooting complex issues across IP/MPLS and transport layers during delivery, providing timely resolutions.Ensure services meet stringent telco-grade performance, reliability, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.Work effectively with multiple vendors, including Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Huawei, and others, to deliver comprehensive solutions.Required Skills and Qualifications:The ideal candidate will possess:Strong hands-on experience working in telecom or service provider networks.Deep knowledge of IP/MPLS, including L2/L3 VPNs, Segment Routing, Quality of Service (QoS), and Traffic Engineering.Expertise in routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, LDP, RSVP-TE.Good understanding of Transport technologies like DWDM, OTN, Ethernet transport.Experience working with multi-vendor platforms such as Cisco ASR/ISR, Juniper MX/PTX, Nokia SR, Huawei NE.Preferred Certifications:CCNP/CCIE (SP), JNCIP/JNCIE, Nokia NRS II, MEF certifications are highly valued but not required.
