Responsibilities
a) Consultation Services to Pets and Pet Parents for comprehensive diagnosis & treatment planning:
i. Comprehensive patient diagnosis (problem solving skills)
ii. Appropriate use of diagnostic testing, and record management
iii. Comprehensive treatment planning including patient referral when indicated
iv. Anesthesia and pain management, patient welfare
v. Basic surgery skills and case management
vi. Basic medicine skills and case management
vii. Understanding of health promotion
viii. Prevention and control of disease and principles of food safety
b) Customer Engagement:
i. Client communications and ethical conduct
ii. Critical analysis of new information and research findings relevant to veterinary medicine
iii. Communicate with patients, families, communities and other health professionals in a responsive and responsible manner
c) Work with internal and external stakeholder to maintain a climate of mutual respect and shared values.

Experience :
Minimum 2-3 year in Veterinary practice (Small animals). Should have deep understanding on pet wellness and medical requirements of pet. Able to contribute to right methodology in training and coaching team of service providers to deliver pet friendly training and grooming to pets.
Industry preferred - Pet Care business , Pet clinics / Pet hospitals
Qualification : BVSc / MVSc
