Data Scientist PositionLead the development of cutting-edge transformer architecture and multimodal AI innovation to drive business growth.Develop and fine-tune advanced transformer-based models, including LLMs, Whisper, diffusion, LoRA, and RLHF/SFT, to improve performance and efficiency.Prioritize projects that push the boundaries of lip-sync accuracy, character/scene consistency, audio realism, and video quality, aligning with business objectives.Design automated evaluation frameworks for image, audio, and video quality scoring to ensure high-quality outputs.Explore innovative techniques in audio–video synchronization, background score blending, and text-to-video alignment to enhance user experience.Key Requirements:4–10 years experience in applied ML/AI with a strong foundation in transformers, training dynamics, and optimization.Hands-on expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and ability to design automated evaluation metrics for generative output.Deep knowledge in one modality (audio/video/text) with real end-to-end project work, and experience deploying ML inference using FastAPI or similar.High adaptability and willingness to run rapid experiments to drive innovation and growth.
