Job Description


Location - Chennai, Hybrid


A front-end developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing user-facing features of a mobile and web applications. They work closely with the design team and back-end developers to ensure that the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of the application are seamless and intuitive.

The following is a list of responsibilities and requirements for a senior front-end developer role:


Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as ANGULAR.
  • Work with design teams to ensure that the UI design is implemented to their specifications and is consistent across all pages of the application.
  • Designing, developing, and testing UI for mobile and web applications
  • Experience working on RxJS and NgRx
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end code with server-side code.
  • Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code that can be easily maintained by other developers.
  • Create and maintain documentation of code and technical specifications.
  • Continuously improve front-end development processes and methodologies.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years extensive experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular 4.0, and above
  • Experience with reactive programming patterns (RxJS), NgRx
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs, server-side rendering, lazy loading
  • Knowledge with back-end development using languages such as NodeJS, Python.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Experience in using Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience of web performance optimization techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
