Junior Anesthesiologist RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and proactive Junior Anesthesiologist to support senior anesthetists across various surgical specialties.Main Responsibilities:Assist senior anesthesiologists in administering anesthesia for surgeries such as Neurosurgery, Urology, General Surgery, and other surgical procedures.Patient preparation and monitoring during surgical procedures is essential.Support intraoperative and postoperative patient care.Oversee intensive care unit (ICU) patients and perform required procedures like airway management, central lines, arterial lines, etc.Maintain adherence to safety protocols and ensure accurate clinical documentation.Coordinate with surgical teams, nursing staff, and ICU personnel for efficient workflow.Essential Qualifications:Hold a medical degree (MBBS) with a specialization in Anesthesiology or equivalent qualifications.Valid registration with the relevant medical council.Candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience may apply.Key Skills and Competencies:Demonstrate strong understanding of anesthesia techniques and ICU procedures.Effective clinical judgment and decision-making skills are crucial.Ability to work effectively under senior supervision.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are necessary.
