This role is pivotal in enhancing our procurement strategies for high end residential and commercial projects, particularly those that feature luxury finishes and premium products. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on the real estate.modular kitchen,Sanitaryware Any graduate degree is acceptable; however, a degree in Materials Management or a related field is preferred. Proven expertise in sourcing and managing procurement for luxury or premium products. Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and supplier performance. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate procurement records, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the purchasing process. Turnkey Procurement Management: Oversee the purchasing of various materials, including modular kitchen, Sanitaryware, marbles, natural stones, decorative lights, chandeliers, and crockery, ensuring seamless integration into project timelines. Contract Negotiation: Effectively negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors to achieve advantageous agreements.
