About the RoleThe role encompasses the strategic design, development and management of large-scale data pipelines within Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory (ADF).Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and optimize metadata-driven data pipelines in Fabric and ADF for ingestion, transformation, and delivery.SQL and Stored Procedures: Implement transformations using SQL and Stored Procedures to ensure performance and maintainability.This is a customer-facing role where you'll partner directly with clients to translate business needs into scalable data solutions. You will lead small teams, mentor data engineers, and set technical direction on projects. Work directly with customers to gather requirements, troubleshoot, and provide best-practice guidance. Deliver production-grade solutions with monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization. Document and share best practices, reusable frameworks, and provide knowledge transfer to client teams.Key responsibilities include integrating data from Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, and other SaaS/on-prem systems into Fabric, Data Lakes, or Warehouses. You are expected to be proficient in Medallion Architecture, ensuring scalability, governance, and reusability. Experience working with various data systems, such as databases and enterprise resource planning systems, is also essential.
