Role: Frontend Lead Developer – React / Next.js / Micro-FrontendWe are seeking an experienced Frontend Lead Developer with strong expertise in React, Next.js, and Micro-Frontend architecture to lead the development of scalable web applications.The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge, leadership experience, and hands-on implementation skills in cloud platforms.Key Responsibilities:Drive architectural decisions and code quality improvements.Collaborate with backend, DevOps, UX, and product teams to deliver cohesive solutions.Build highly performant UIs with React and Next.js.Develop modular components and libraries.Design and implement Micro-Frontend architectures for large distributed systems.Ensure secure and maintainable frontend solutions.Deploy and manage frontend apps on Azure Cloud.Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript.Hands-on experience with Micro-Frontend architecture.Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/SCSS, UI component libraries.Strong understanding of REST APIs and frontend security.Experience deploying and scaling applications on Azure Cloud.Tools & Frameworks:Git, Azure DevOps, Webpack, Babel.Testing tools like Jest, React Testing Library.Soft Skills:Strong ownership and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.The ideal candidate is expected to provide detailed task plans, estimate workloads accurately, identify key performance indicators, and assess potential risks and challenges. We encourage open-mindedness, adaptability, and continuous learning.
