Job Title:Hiring Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant - Qatar - Permanent job with a reputable firm.Job Location: HCM Expert, Oracle Fusion Sol Architect for large transformation programs Job location: Doha, Qatar (Remote / Onsite) Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Architecture Define end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementationsEnsure integration with ERP, Payroll, and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaSDesign scalable solutions for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Recruiting modulesImplementation & Delivery Lead full lifecycle implementations: requirement gathering, CRP, configuration, testing, and go-liveDevelop technical components including HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI, HDL/HSDL loaders, and Fast Formulas.Oversee data migration strategies and ensure compliance with security standardsStakeholder Management Collaborate with business teams to align HCM processes with organizational goalsProvide guidance to functional and technical teams during project executionPerformance & Optimization Conduct system health checks and recommend optimizationsImplement best practices for reporting and analytics using OTBI and BI PublisherMandatory Skills Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules : Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, RecruitingStrong knowledge of integration architecture and OIC.Hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL , Fast Formulas , HCM Extracts , and BI Publisher.Proven ability to design real-time inbound/outbound integrationsFamiliarity with security roles, approval workflows, and compliance.Preferred Skills Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementationsKnowledge of Redwood UI , Page Composer , and HCM Experience Design Studio.Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud and OCI.Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder managementAbility to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultantsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsFollow us on our company page for global openings:
