Strategic Finance LeaderWe are seeking a seasoned Strategic Finance Leader to drive our company's financial success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and overseeing all aspects of finance.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.Collaborate with the CEO and Board on financial matters and provide recommendations on long-term planning.Drive business model optimization through analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ARR, MRR, CAC, churn, LTV, payback, and pricing strategies.Design and implement robust financial systems, processes, dashboards, and controls suitable for a scaling tech organization.Fundraising & Investor RelationsAs our Fundraising & Investor Relations expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to attract investors and secure funding. Your expertise will help us navigate complex fundraising initiatives and maintain strong relationships with our investor network.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new investment opportunities.Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors.Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on revenue forecasting and pricing strategy.Drive cost optimization, unit economics analysis, and cash flow management.Operational Finance ExpertiseIn this role, you will oversee accounting, compliance, audits, tax, treasury, and financial reporting functions. You will also be responsible for implementing robust internal controls and corporate governance frameworks. Your operational finance expertise will ensure seamless execution of financial processes and high-quality financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:Oversee accounting, compliance, audits, tax, treasury, and financial reporting functions.Implement and maintain internal controls and corporate governance frameworks.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial matters.
