Job Title: Software Development Engineer in Test and DevOps SpecialistAre you looking for a challenging role that combines software development with testing and DevOps expertise? Do you have a passion for automation, performance, and scalability?Job Description:As a Senior SDET / DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing load tests, automating environment setup, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and analyzing performance results. You will work closely with the development and QA teams to identify and resolve performance issues.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, integrate with Jenkins / GitLab CI.Automate setup, patching, and provisioning of Liberty + IIS + DB environments.Run load, stress, and scalability tests using JMeter / k6 / Gatling.Capture metrics, logs, and traces to detect and debug regressions.Collaborate with Dev & QA on performance fixes and pipelines.Required Skills and Qualifications:6-10 years of experience in Automation / SDET / DevOps roles.Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python or Bash).CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).Exposure to Liberty / IIS / SQL DB setups and containerized apps.Knowledge of load testing tools and basic observability (Grafana, ELK, etc.).Why this Role is Attractive:This role offers a unique blend of automation, DevOps, and performance in a global enterprise product team.
