Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Head of Field Sales to join our Gurgaon-based team. The successful candidate will lead our field sales operations, focusing on the UK market. They will drive growth, build and manage a high-performing sales team, and ensure strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

•Leadership and Strategy:

•Develop and implement field sales strategies aligned with company objectives and UK market needs.

•Lead, inspire, and manage a team of field sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.

•Identify growth opportunities and new market segments for broadband, lease lines, and VoIP solutions.

•Sales Operations:

•Establish and oversee sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

•Ensure a consistent focus on achieving sales KPIs, revenue goals, and profitability.

•Team Development:

•Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to ensure optimal performance.

•Foster a collaborative and high-energy work culture.

•Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and provide continuous support.

•Collaboration:

•Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

•Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless implementation of solutions for UK clients.

•Liaise with BT as a partner, ensuring alignment with their product offerings and guidelines.

•Market Insight and Reporting:

•Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

•Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.


Key Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

•5-10 years of proven experience in field sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

•Experience in telecom sales, specifically broadband, lease lines, and VoIP solutions, is essential.

•Strong understanding of the UK telecom market and BT products/services.

•Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

•Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.


Preferred Experience:

•Previous experience with a BT reseller or a telecom company.

•Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.
