About the roleWe’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team at hard.coded. You’ll be working on projects for a creative agency collaborating with premium Dutch brands to produce high-quality short-form content. Our main focus lies within the luxury watch industry, but you’ll also work with clients in hospitality, food production, and other lifestyle sectors.What you’ll doEdit short-form videos (10–20 seconds) from Canon C-Log3 footageApply color grading, sound design, and pacing that align with each client’s brand styleDeliver 8–12 clips per client project with consistent quality and creativityCommunicate daily progress and proactively refine your workflowCollaborate with the hard.coded and client to continuously elevate visual qualityRequirementsMinimum of 2 years of professional editing experienceExpert-level proficiency in DaVinci ResolveStrong skills in color grading, sound design, and short-form editingReliable communication and consistent workflow updatesAttention to detail and a sense of visual storytellingHow the process worksIf you apply for this position, you’ll receive:A folder with original client footageA folder with raw materialYou’ll be asked to edit a short-form content video within 24 hours, in line with the client’s existing style.If your submission meets the standard, we’ll schedule follow-up calls with our recruiters and the client shortly after.Why join usAt hard.coded, we value craftsmanship, ownership, and clear communication.
