Job Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation of visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative environment to drive creative excellence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling visual content and strategies.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms while pushing the envelope on design innovation.
  • Stay updated with design trends and industry advancements to implement cutting-edge solutions.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Design Manage.
  • Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, and a strong portfolio showcasing high-caliber design work.
  • In-depth knowledge of design principles, layout techniques, and branding strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of all design tasks.
