Job Opportunity:Aonxi is building a revenue operating system that combines AI-powered call intelligence, private LLMs per business, and a credit engine. The goal is to help every SMB grow like Amazon.Key Responsibilities:Develop the Aonxi Notetaker, a custom-built tool for real-time transcription of VoIP calls and mobile/telephony calls.Create Cross-platform Call Capture SDKs for web, mobile, VoIP, RingCentral, and Twilio.Implement Real-time ASR + Speaker Diarization using AWS Transcribe, Deepgram, Whisper, or custom STT.Deploy Private LLM Agent Deployment per business with Pinecone/RAG/fine-tuned GPTs.Requirements:Experience in Real-Time Audio Processing: WebRTC, Twilio, Agora, Deepgram, VonageProficiency in ASR & Transcription Engines: OpenAI Whisper, AWS Transcribe, AssemblyAIKnowledge of Language Models: OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, LLaMA2, LoRA fine-tuningFamiliarity with Vector DBs & RAG: Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDBSkill in Backend Systems: Python, FastAPI, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, S3Understanding of Infra: AWS, GCP, Docker, Terraform, Lambda, K8sBenefits:Competitive compensation packageFounding-level equity participationPerformance-based revenue shareMission:Ship the MVP of the Aonxi Notetaker within 90 daysCapture 1,000+ hours of calls/month by Month 3Scale to 100,000+ transcribed leads powering millions in credit flow
