The candidate should be detail-oriented, strong in coordination, and comfortable interacting with employees across levels.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations (Primary Role)- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.- Maintain HR records, databases, HRIS updates, and personnel files.- Handle employee queries, letters, and documentation requests.- Track attendance, leaves, confirmations, and probation reviews.- Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly inputs.- Support exit formalities, F&F inputs, and clearance processes.Recruitment Coordination- Assist with interview scheduling and candidate coordination when required.Compliance & Reporting- Support HR audits, compliance documentation, and preparation of HR reports.- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in documentation and records.Required Skills & Experience- 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations.- Strong communication and coordination skills.- Basic understanding of HR processes and labour laws.- Good Excel, documentation, and HRIS skills.- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Education- Bachelor's degree in any field.- MBA in HR preferred.
