Specific tasks, responsibilities or competencies may be documented in the Team Member's performance objectives as outlined by the Team Member's immediate Leadership Team Member.Job Description: AM/Deputy Manager We are looking for an experienced AM/Deputy Manager to lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in PHP, MySQL, and MSSQL, along with excellent leadership and project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of PHP developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using PHP and related technologies.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures for MySQL and MSSQL databases.Ensure the team adheres to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality code.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to applications and databases.Plan and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in PHP development, databases, and team management.Required Skills and Qualifications:7+ years of experience in PHP development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.Expertise in MySQL and MSSQL, including database design and query optimization.Strong knowledge of CodeIgniter  PHP frameworks.Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.Excellent understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and RESTful APIs.Proficiency in version control systems like Git.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients.Preferred Skills:Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., , React, or Angular).Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.Strong understanding of application security and performance optimization.Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Note: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions as described.
