We are seeking a Billing Support Executive with experience in international voice support. The role involves resolving billing issues, handling inbound calls, and providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve billing issues by using query-solving techniques and provide clear, concise information.
Answer questions related to billing and services via inbound customer calls.
Manage international inbound customer calls, focusing on exceptional service and issue resolution.
Actively listen to customer concerns, respond appropriately, and document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to address and resolve complex billing issues.
Required Profile:
Minimum 6 months of international voice experience.
Strong understanding of billing concepts such as recurring bills, billing cycle changes, due dates, prorated charges, auto-pay, surcharges, service charges, and taxes.
Experience in resolving billing-related customer issues.
Excellent communication skills, with clarity in articulating thoughts.
Ability to handle difficult customer situations effectively.
Strong multitasking ability and the capability to make independent, quick decisions.
Willingness to work in a 24*7 environment, including rotational shifts (5 days a week).
Customer-centric mindset with logical thinking and spontaneity.
Ability to ensure timely and professional responses to all customer queries.
