Senior Wealth Manager/ Private Banker Job SummaryWe are seeking an accomplished Senior Wealth Manager/Private Banker to lead and grow our high net worth (HNI) or ultra high net worth (UHNI) client portfolio across key regions.This role involves managing a region independently or with a team, driving strong assets under management (AUM) growth, and ensuring diversified asset allocation beyond branch-sourced business.Main Responsibilities:Wealth Management: Manage and deepen relationships with HNI or UHNI clients, delivering sophisticated wealth advisory and investment solutions.AUM Growth: Drive and own AUM growth with clear bifurcation across mutual funds, alternative investment funds (AIFs), portfolio management services (PMS), fixed deposits (FDs), bonds, insurance, and structured products.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a regional team of wealth managers/ relationship managers (RMs) to enhance productivity, acquisition, and strategic planning.Client Engagement: Ensure compliant advisory standards and deliver superior client engagement and experience.Business Development: Acquire new high-value clients through strategic networking, referrals, and market mapping.Portfolio Rebalancing: Conduct regular portfolio reviews and rebalance allocations aligned to client goals and market movements.Performance Targets: Achieve region-wise revenue, AUM growth, and retention targets through cross-selling and wallet share optimization.Requirements:Experience: 15-22 years of experience in wealth management/private banking, handling HNI or UHNI portfolios.Candidate Profile: Extensive experience managing large AUM across MF, AIF, PMS, FDs, and other investment categories. Proven regional leadership experience; team management exposure preferred.Key Skills: Strong expertise in capital markets, portfolio construction, and investment strategy. Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
