You will collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to conceptualize and execute strong visual strategies that align with brand guidelines and deliver results.This role demands creativity, speed, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how design impacts campaign performance.Main Responsibilities:Create high-quality static and motion ad creatives for multiple digital platforms.Design multiple creative variations for A/B testing purposes.Develop engaging concepts that capture the target audience's attention.Understand ad placement and format requirements for each platform.Required Skills and Qualifications:A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design.A strong portfolio showcasing ad creative expertise is required.Understanding of design principles for performance-driven campaigns.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.The ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.Clear communication and accountability.
