Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing all logistics operations in a timely and cost-effective manner.Main Responsibilities:Dispatch Planning: Develop and implement efficient dispatch plans based on FIFO and order priorityPre-Dispatch Checks: Verify survey, feasibility, and material readiness before dispatch to ensure seamless executionIssue Resolution: Escalate delays impacting cost, time, or inventory build-up and work with stakeholders to resolve issues promptlyTransporter Selection: Select the lowest-cost and most suitable transporter per route to optimize logistics costsLoad Optimization: Plan and execute load optimization to maximize transportation efficiency and minimize delaysOTIF Performance Tracking: Monitor and track OTIF (on-time-in-full) performance of transporters to ensure high-quality serviceBreakage/Shortage Management: Handle breakage/shortage cases as per SOP and maintain accurate records for future referenceDocument Management: Ensure correct packing, LR values, documentation, and claim timelines to avoid any discrepanciesCommunication: Notify insurance partners within defined periods and manage disputes among stakeholders effectivelyDelivery and Unloading: Coordinate unloading, address unloading issues, wrong routes, farmer availability, etc., and ensure POD collection within 48–72 hoursAsset Mapping: Track and update serial numbers for asset-mapping purposesInventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, track pending supply items, and plan next dispatch closure to prevent stockouts
