Senior Frontend Architect PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Architect to lead the design and evolution of our frontend architecture.The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks, as well as experience architecting large-scale frontend applications and microfrontend architecture.Responsibilities:Lead the design and evolution of frontend architecture for large-scale applicationsEvaluate and implement microfrontend architecture to enable scalability and independent deployments across distributed teamsModernize legacy codebases through refactoring, library upgrades, and framework migrationsIntegrate shared UI libraries and internal components across multiple frontend systemsProvide technical leadership to the frontend teamDefine coding standards and enforce clean architecture principlesConduct code reviews and establish unit testing practicesMentor junior developers and support talent development across the teamDrive technical interviews and contribute to frontend talent acquisitionAct as the senior technical contact for complex bug fixing, performance bottleneck resolution, and rapid-response production supportCollaborate with backend teams maintaining Node.js/Express services to ensure seamless application behaviorImplement diagnostic tools, logs, and debugging strategies for legacy frontend-backend interactionsLead the transformation of testing strategy across frontend systemsEvaluate multiple end-to-end testing frameworks and establish standardized testing practicesBuild and integrate automated test pipelines with CI/CD to improve deployment reliabilityAdvocate best practices and drive adoption even in environments resistant to modern testing approachesStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to handle rapid-response scenarios in production environmentsProactive solution-oriented mindset with ownership of delivery qualityRequirements:8+ years of experience in frontend developmentStrong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworksExperience architecting large-scale frontend applications and microfrontend architectureDeep understanding of Node.js and Express.js fundamentalsExpertise in frontend tooling: Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, module bundlersSolid understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and responsive designExperience working with REST APIs and distributed systemsFamiliarity with cloud platforms and containerizationExperience with enterprise-grade design systems and shared component librariesKnowledge of accessibility and web security best practicesPrior experience leading frontend teams in multinational or large-scale projectsBenefits:Opportunity to work on large-scale frontend applicationsChance to lead the design and evolution of frontend architectureCollaboration with experienced frontend developersProfessional growth and development opportunitiesA competitive salary and benefits package
