Hi, I’m Gaurav (Co-founder of Shoutout, LetzDM, and Web to Figma). I’m looking for an ambitious and creative Short-Form Content Creator to help our product grow across platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. This role is not just about creating reels—it’s about becoming a key player in driving real social media growth and engagement.

Why This Role Is Important


Social media is the most powerful tool to build influence and scale businesses in today’s world. As a Short-Form Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in crafting high-quality, engaging content that drives brand awareness, builds loyal communities, and converts followers into advocates. You’ll have direct access to learn AI-driven automation, social growth strategies, and be mentored to become a Social Media Growth Manager.

What You’ll Do


Create Engaging Content at Scale:

  • Craft and post 3 high-quality reels/day for Instagram
  • Re-use the same video and post on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook
  • Work smart, not hard, by leveraging AI tools and automation to scale content effortlessly (I’ll guide you through this).


Edit and Enhance Content:

  • Use AI tools and quick editing in-built editing features of Instagram, YT to refine videos for maximum engagement.
  • Every piece of content should be polished, professional, and platform-optimized.


Be the Face of the Brand:

  • Appear on-camera to deliver authentic and relatable content that resonates with audiences.
  • Experiment with storytelling, trends, and creative formats to stay ahead of the curve.


Learn Social Media Growth Strategies:

  • Work closely with me to understand platform algorithms, trends, and growth hacks.
  • Track performance analytics to iterate on content and maximize reach and engagement.

Who You Are


  • A Content Creator at Heart: You have a Instagram or Youtube account with a history of creating engaging content. You understand what hooks audiences and keeps them engaged.
  • Proficient in Video Creation and Editing: You’re comfortable with tools like Canva, VN editor, Inshot or even AI-powered editors. If you don’t know them yet, you’re eager to learn.
  • Confident and Camera-Ready: You’re comfortable being on camera and enjoy creating dynamic, relatable content that connects with audiences.
  • A Fast Learner: You’re curious about AI and excited to learn how to use tools to automate and scale your content creation workflow.
